Spent the day in Manhattan yesterday visiting Bicycling Magazine, a potential sponsor/donor, as well as NY based cancer institute. Back in my career days I traveled by black car. Here I sit on the Echelon company vehicle. Aside from dodging taxi cabs and busses, the only challenge is getting past office reception door men for meetings with company executives. In a thick NY accent, as I approach reception areas in NY office buildings I usually get, "Excuse me sir, messenger deliveries are in the rear by the freight elevator". Crack me up.
